Learn-Do Approach Day 1: Learn fundamental kaizen principles and methods in classroom setting Days 2-4: Apply learning at host site making real-time process improvements Day 5: Celebration and final report presentation highlighting improvement results and key learnings of each participant Hours
7:30 am - 4 pm generally; However hours may vary to accommodate host production schedule and could include some earlier mornings or later evenings |
