Shingijutsu offers unique, hands-on experiences for students of kaizen to partner with team members from host sites where they identify waste and make immediate improvement in actual work areas.

The teams work hard to implement their solutions in real time and are rewarded with the sense of accomplishment that comes from witnessing dramatic improvements in quality, safety and flow.

Understanding Kaizen
Genba Kaizen Seminars Take a
Learn-Do Approach Day 1: Learn fundamental kaizen principles and methods in classroom setting Days 2-4: Apply learning at host site making real-time process improvements Day 5: Celebration and final report presentation highlighting improvement results and key learnings of each participant 
Hours
7:30 am - 4 pm generally; However hours may vary to accommodate host production schedule and could include some earlier mornings or later evenings |
