Japan Genba Kaizen Seminar

Due to COVID-19, this training seminar has been canceled.
This five-day Seminar is hosted at Shingijutsu headquarters in Japan
It begins with a full-day classroom session that covers the basic lean concepts and tools required to conduct a Genba kaizen.

This session is followed by a crucial and intensive four-day process improvement workshop where attendees apply what is learned in the classroom to a real factory environment.

This is followed up with a visit to the Toyota Museum and one of the manufacturing factories. (Attendance is limited to sixty participants.)

The Shingijutsu Genba Kaizen seminar offers an opportunity for you to learn the concepts and methodologies used in Kaizen and to develop necessary skills by experiencing firsthand the process of Kaizen so that you can promote Kaizen in your own business and on your own shopfloor.

Day 1
The seminar participants spend their time in a classroom setting, listening to lectures given by Shingijutsu consultants on various aspects of Kaizen.

Day 2 - 3
The participants will conduct hands-on shopfloor exercises that usually take place at a Japanese Company under the direction of a Shingijutsu consultant.

Day 4
The last day of the seminar, the attendees make
presentations on the result of their Kaizen work
