These workshops are lead by a highly skilled, senior Shingijutsu sensei. Using the 3P approach, the sensei will coach a team through the development of a new or significantly transformed production method at your own facility. It is designed to make significant breakthrough improvements to traditional production methods. Although other consulting companies will teach it and try to apply it, having a Shingijutsu coach will guarantee the most effective implementation and deliver a truly a unique, authentic and sustaining learning experience. The duration of the workshop, team size and follow on activities are dependent on the size and scope of the project.
