Production Preparation Process, or 3P, is a methodology developed by Shingijutsu and is considered an advanced Lean concept. This one week instructional seminar provides the basics of 3P to achieve breakthrough or transformational changes in production process using unique problem solving approaches. Understanding these concepts is required before planning and/or conducting a 3P workshop. This approach is highly effective on both new and existing processes. Students completing the seminar will be able to facilitate simple Production Preparation Process workshops. There are two ways to attend this seminar. You may host a seminar which would include your students as well as students from other companies or industries or attend another company’s event. Attendance is limited to twenty participants.
