This seminar, similar to the Japan Genba Kaizen Seminar, takes place in the United States over five days. There is a day in the classroom learning basic lean concepts and tools needed to conduct a shop floor kaizen. Next is the four-day process improvement workshop applying what is learned in the classroom in a factory located in the Mid-west. Attendance limited to twenty participants.
